I’m getting my blood pumping for blood cancer

In association with the Warringah Bombers the Sydney Ice Dogs will be dedicating their game on August 6th against the Adelaide Adrenaline to Matt Clark and use this game to help raise valuable funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.

The night begins at the game at Liverpool Catholic Club Ice Skating at 3pm where the Ice Dogs will take on the Adelaide Adrenaline at 5pm.

After the game buses will head to Long Reef Surf Club where will have host a fundraising night.  All profits will go directly to the Leukaemia Foundation.

Today, 34 Australians will get the news they have blood cancer. That's another 34 reasons to support the Leukaemia Foundation's work – providing practical and emotional support to people facing the challenge of blood cancer, as well as investing in vital research to find better treatments and cures. Across Australia, 60,000 people are going through this in right now - please sponsor me and help me reach my goal.

I was proud to be a Warringah Bomber. With that association I was able to coach Matt at the Oceanic Championships in 1994 in Beijing, China. I got to know the Clark family and smile fondly on my memories with Matt and them.
