Hi there!
Today, 35 Australians will get the news they have blood cancer. That's 35 reasons to support the Leukaemia Foundation's work – providing practical and emotional support to people facing the challenge of blood cancer, as well as investing in vital research to find better treatments and cures.
Across Australia, 60,000 people are going through this right now.
12 years ago, one of those people was my Gramps.
In 2007, after just celebrating 50 years of marriage to my Nan, unfortunately Gramps lost his fight with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
To remember Gramps and also support those 60,000 Australian's currently fighting, I’m going to trek along the Great Wall of China with a group of people to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Now, I'm asking for your support to please help me reach my goal of $4,000!
Thank you!
Lauren
