I'm taking part in the World's Greatest Shave for the Leukaemia Foundation! I'm on a mission to shave the world from blood cancer.
Last Friday night I did the ‘Light The Night - Walk with The Leukaemia Foundation’. It was an extremely moving night for me, remembering my mum and to see all the other people there who have been affected by Leukaemia and other blood cancers. My mum, Sarah was a mother to 3 kids, a wife, a daughter and sister to 4 siblings. She bravely fought Leukaemia but sadly died 30 years ago today, at only 32 years of age.
I didn’t do any fundraising for this walk, but I will be for the @worldsgreatestshave in March 2020. I will be shaving my head to raise funds to support the families currently going through Blood Cancer and to help find a cure. Currently 15,000 Australians are diagnosed with Blood Cancer every year, that is 35 day, one every 41 minutes. I would love your support in helping make a difference to these peoples lives. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support. Love Chris
