I’m helping to beat blood cancer by taking part in the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave!
I'm taking part in World's Greatest Shave for the Leukaemia Foundation! I'm on a mission to shave the world from blood cancer. I had a bone marrow transplant via an unrelated donars stem cells in February 2021 to treat me for Myelofibrosis a rare blood cancer. After chemo my hair grew back curly so I will be saying farewell to my chemo curls. I have seen first hand how many people and their families are affected by blood cancers and research may be able to find a cure before bone marrow transplants are required.
