I’m helping to beat blood cancer by taking part in the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave!
This year, the team at Morton Engineering will be participating in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave. We will be raising crucial funds to help give individuals facing blood cancer and their families all the support and information they need, while driving breakthrough research projects discovering better ways to diagnose and treat blood cancer. With no screening programs available and no means of prevention through lifestyle changes, blood cancer is Australia's hidden cancer crisis. Every day, 53 Aussies are diagnosed with blood cancer, and 16 will lose their life. We can't delay taking action together. That's why we've decided to take part in the World's Greatest Shave. As a group, Morton Engineering will be donating our cut and shaved hair to Sustainable Salons, the amazing team that repurposes the hair Australia shaves.
