We are doing light the night becouse over nine months ago we lost the most important person in our lives my Husband Geoff and Donald, Trent, And Casey’s father Geoff he had Large B Cell Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Geoff found out Father’s Day last year he had cancer by the 23rd of November he past away there’s not a day that goes by that we don’t miss him and think of him our love for him will never die. This is for you Geoff. the sun sets on Friday, 30 September, we are taking part in Light the Night so no one in the blood cancer community ever has to feel alone. When blood cancer touches a life, it can feel like the beginning of a long, dark night. Treatment is often complex and urgent. Life-saving care can be far from home. Too many are left feeling overwhelmed and unsure – and isolated.
